People look for retreats by the beach, in the country and in the mountains, but only you know your real 'Happy Place'. In fact there is no more peaceful retreat than within our own mind. In these changing times, our head needs a Spa day every bit as much as our body does. Here at the Bodmin Mind Spa we offer a suite of one to one coaching sessions to help you become the version of yourself you are happiest with. This isn't physical coaching, but I would recommend that too. This is life coaching and needs nothing more than for you to sit down, relax and listen as Adrian guides you through a gentle process of relaxation techniques for the mind, leaving you refreshed and ready for new adventures. As lockdown eases people talk about going back to normal I say let's go forward to a new 'Better'.

WHAT WE DO AND HOW WE DO IT The coaching depends on what you are looking for. Perhaps you have sleep issues, maybe you have anxiety or phobias or possibly you are simply curious or like to try new things. Through a coaching session we learn to understand you and what you want to achieve. Occasionally a single session is enough to understand. Clearly the more complex issues will need more sessions. Sometimes a client will simply enjoy the session so much they continue to book regular meetings. Your own reasons may be above or something completely different. It doesn't matter, we are here for you. Any information we learn will be completely confidential. Research into the world's top performers shows the mind is the key. Chances are they have a coach, the technique used to get the best out of ourselves.

WHAT YOU GET AT THE MIND SPA An experienced and genuine adviser. Real dialogue focused on your needs. The truth. We tell it like it is, we will be open and honest. Complete confidentiality. Supporting and respectful service. No pushy sales talk. Perfection is not attainable but if we chase it, along the journey we may well catch excellence. MENTAL BENEFITS When an individual achieves the state of relaxation, their heart rate slows, muscles relax and breathing becomes slower. Studies show that these physiological changes bring mental changes including a reduction in chronic pain, a lowering of stress and anxiety, and an increase in overall life satisfaction.
